Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas for our home to yours!!! This year Beth and Nathan went to Michigan on Dec. 9- Dec. 12. We stayed at Beth’s brother Matt and wife Alisha’s house. It was fun. We had our Christmas around 7:30pm. Luke and Hallie (Matt and Alisha’s children) were so fun to watch open presents! They had fun and went around thanking every one for the gifts!

This weekend we are going to be home, Beth has to work the 23rd, 24th and the 25th. On Monday through Tuesday we will be going to NY to visit Nathan’s Grandpa (Shirley’s dad) Blowers and his Aunt Rose Mary (Bill’s sister).

We are esspecilly thankful that Vince, Elisabeth and Cedric are going to be here for Christmas! We are also thankful that God gave them traveling mercies! Isn’t God great!

We got our leaves all raked up and the silly cat that we have, got into them.. Here is a picture that has him very occupied!

Life...

Life in general is going well. I have been going to school every Tuesday and Thursday. Nathan has been working every day and has been keeping busy if he isn't working on a job.

Garfield has been getting himself into trouble with every body it seems. He just can't seem to stay on OUR property! I don't know how to fix the problem. Well maybe some day I'll figure it out. HA HA!

Fall is upon us and the decorating has begun. I usually am on top of my decorating the house, but this year it seem to go a little slower. Oh like the fact that just today I brought up the box containing all the decorations in it.. Well I have been busy. I was thinking as well.. Do I really need to put up decorations? Is it necessary? Well yes it is. I feel I need to change my house a bit. Decorating is a good motivator as well. I have to take every thing down and clean and put up new. I think that is a good reason to decorate.

Time to get going. Life doesn't stop just because I'm on the computer.

Can't wait!

My sister and brother are coming here next weekend! I can't wait! Tyler and Meghan are coming for a Duck ride and a Pittsburg baseball game!

Tyler is going to be here for a week and a half! I am ready for the squirt to be here! We are going to have a water balloon fight and lots of other fun! Hope he is ready for some fun as well!

This week is Camp meeting in every state is seems. Clinton Camp is going on and so is the camp up in Michigan as well. We are missing Chruch Camp! I wish we could find a good camp to go to. After all that is where Nathan and I met and I would like our children to get the same experiencec as well... Pray that we find a good one!

Home at last...

We made it home and we are doing well. While we were gone, we found out that our lovely little kitten got away for 4 days! He decided that he could go off on a vacation too! Little stinker! He is back now and we are going to get him a little tag. That little stinker is getting into everything!!!! I wonder if that is how children are...

New Mexico

The Schafer Family set out for New Mexico on June 23, 2011. It took us 3 days to get here, but we made it. I have never seen the West of the wonderful nation of America! The Pan Handel of Texas is NOTHING to look at, some of New Mexico isn’t either. But where Vince and Elisabeth have settled it is pretty. Besides the fires that seem to surround us all the time! We have been on the look out for fires! We pray that no one will set off fire works for the fourth of July, but people will. Those are also the people who will end up setting the entire STATE on FIRE!! They haven’t had their rainy season yet. Hopefully soon for their sake and the firemen’s sake!

God is...

... Loving and understanding! He knows our concerns and our worries. He knows our sadness and our sorrows. He also knows when we are happy and our joys!
Isn't our God a wonderful God? He made our Earth and He made the Heavens! He is an all knowing, and all seeing and all powerful God! God knows when He is coming again. Humans do now. We aren't God, and quite frankly I don't think we would want Gods job! We can't predict the future and I don't think that we can possibly know what God is thinking! Yes, we know what He expects from us, because we can read it in His word, but other then that, we don't know what He is thinking! I love Jesus Christ MY Savior because He first Loved ME! Praise Him Praise Him all ye little children. God is love, God is love!

Garfield

On Saturday, Nathan and I had an addition. His name is Garfield. He was six weeks old when we got him. He weighs 1 lb and 2 oz. Not very big. He had to go to the vet yesterday to get all his shots and vitamins.

He saw his reflection in the stove and thought it was another cat! He no longer can walk past the stove without jumping at the reflection!
Nathans shoes looked like fun, and now Nathan leaves his saddles out for Garfield to play with!


He is very active and so CUTE!
I believe that we have deffinatntly got a happy little guy and he loves being apart of our family. I hope you enjoyed looking a the pictures! I will try and post more, but he doesn't stay still long enough.

2 Years

Nathan and I have been married now for 2 years. We are in love as much today as we were when we got married. Only thing is, Love is a funny thing. It grows. Yes I love his as much, because my love hasn't gotten smaller, but it has gotten bigger! On our 2nd Anniversary Nathan had to go to the court house to selected for Jury Duty. I had to work from 11am to 11pm. So we didn't get to see each other that day to much, but he did bring me lunch/supper to me at work, and then we opened gifts when I got home. All in all it wasn't a bad day.
Hmm... Does love get deeper then this?

Blessings of my life!

My life has been filled with so many blessings that I can’t ask for anything other then what I have! I would like to introduce you to my family that I consider a blessing to me!

My Mother-in-law and Father-in-law. Two wonderful Godly people. I couldn't ask for better in-laws! Rev. Williams Schafer and Mrs. Schafer. He is a pastor and she is a teacher. I can say that my father-in-law does more then just preach. He is very active in the community and in the political party. My mother-in-law is also very active in the community and does a wonderful job with little children.



Then Vince and Elisabeth Tyler, Nathans sister and brother-in-law. They are expecting in the middle of May, so we will find out weather we are going to have another Niece or Nephew. They are going to make wonderful parents! I can’t wait!



These are my parents. Mark and Janet Stitt. They have been married for many years and work together very well. My dad (Mark) woks on barns. He restores them and they look wonderful when he is done! My mom works on food! She cooks for parties and for her family. This is her favorite thing to do in the world! She is very good at it too!


The picture below is Matt and Alisha with Luke and Hallie. Matt works for the city of Fremont and Alisha is an Ultrasound Tech. They are wonderful parents and I love them to death!

Then there is my sister and brother-in-law, Meghan and Doug. They have been married now for 4 years and they are doing well. Doug is going to school now to be a fire fighter. Meghan works at the local hospital as a secretary and wants to soon own her own Tea Shop.


Then there is my “little” brother, Bruce, going to school to be a mechanic and I believe that he is going to make a very good one too! He is not afraid of hard work, and he is a pretty cool guy, when he is not acting like a little brother! HA! He will always be the baby though, so I guess I will just have to get over that!

Then there is Tyler, now there is one funny little boy! He came to us when he was 4 years old. He is now 10, soon to be 11! He is so good and I believe that God sent him to my family for a very special reason! He loves being around people and animals!

Spring!

Spring is here. I can't be more thankful for spring then I am this year! I am going to have a REAL, but small, garden. I also am going to be an Aunt again! I will also be done with A&P1 as well. Then I am going to have a summer of Chemistry. Hmm... Sounds like fun to me. It really does, just not as much as being done with school. Althought that isn't going to happen for a little while, so I will just be glad that I am able to learn! I am glad that God gave me a mind to think with and a brain to challenge! Spring is here and soon the warm weather as well! Praying that my father-in-law wins this years in the elections. He is running for Commissioner. He will be good at the job, but it is getting there that is going to hard. Then when he gets in, his real work will begin!

Happy Happenings

Hey! Long time no talk! I can’t believe that it has been this long. A lot has happened, but I will be able to catch you up on it all latter.

I have been busy with school work. I have been in school since the beginning of February. I have been in A&P 1. I have had 2 exams since the beginning and I haven’t done bad, but I haven’t done the greatest either. But I believe that I will be able to pass!

Well I need to go. I have to get some studying done before I get to bed.
